Renaud’s Clear Stance on Live-Action Adaptations
Renaud, displaying more wisdom than a Minion with a bazooka, isn’t swayed by Hollywood’s trend of turning animated classics into live-action disappointments. When asked about the possibility of a live-action Minions film, his response was crystal clear: “God, I hope not.”
During a chat with Film Hounds, Renaud passionately argued that the magic of the Minions lies in their animated form. It’s what allows for absurdly hilarious scenes like a Minion getting stuck inside a vending machine or Gru surviving a cartoonish explosion.
