The fiery fandom debate over Dragon Ball’s legendary matchups intensifies once more with the latest episode of Daima. Vegeta enthusiasts have new reason to cheer, believing the Saiyan Prince just might outmatch Son Goku.
Bold New Developments for the Saiyan Warriors
Dragon Ball Daima Episodes 18 and 19 brought explosive revelations. They’ve shaken the franchise to its core. These episodes introduced Super Saiyan 4 Goku, both as a child and an adult, and Adult Super Saiyan 3 Vegeta. Episode 19 settled the score, hinting at the power dynamics between Goku’s and Vegeta’s new transformations.
Episode 18 showcased Mini Goku’s transformation into Super Saiyan 4. This leap was made possible by the sage Namekian, Neva. Neva unlocked hidden powers within Goku, as he did for his Tamagami soldiers. Yet, even with this boost, Goku couldn’t overcome King Gomah’s Evil Third Eye. After a massive Kamehameha Wave buried Gomah, the villain rebounded stronger. The Evil Third Eye revived him, and he drained Goku’s ki, returning the Saiyan hero to his base form.
Vegeta Takes on King Gomah
Progressing into Episode 19, Vegeta finds himself matched against the newly-powered Gomah post-battle with Mini Goku. In the midst of chaos, Vegeta launches a powerful energy blast. Initially doing so in his base form, he then ascends to Super Saiyan 3. Vegeta nearly becomes a juggernaut in this state. Nonetheless, Gomah’s Evil Third Eye – a seemingly unstoppable force – refuels the villain when threatened.
Vegeta’s intense battle with King Gomah revealed the strength of his Super Saiyan 3 form. He clung tenaciously to the fight even as his energy waned and his mighty form slipped away. Critics might argue, though, that Gomah toyed with Vegeta during their clash’s final moments.
The conclusion of Episode 19 also marked the arrival of Adult Super Saiyan 4 Goku, setting the stage for a rematch. This new transformation might be Goku’s edge against Gomah. Alternatively, it might lead to unveiling an even stronger form.
