“Red Hulk Stirs Controversy in New Captain America Teaser”
The bone of contention with this particular trailer revolves around Sam Wilson, our new Captain America. Playing the red, white, and blue defender isn’t an easy task, and critiques have suggested the CGI quality of Red Hulk leaves much to be desired, leaving a red and somewhat salty taste in viewer’s mouths. More importantly, purists have expressed their dismay over Red Hulk being tossed into the ring with Captain America, contesting it’s a gross misuse of a comic character that should be destined for a Hulk showdown.
But what’s left to do when your mean green fighting machine, Mark Ruffalo, hung up his purple pants after confirming there are no current plans for a standalone Hulk film? Perhaps the inclusion of Red Hulk was a desperate attempt to keep the unsatisfied Hulk fans at bay.
However, there’s a twist in the tale. A conspiratorial whisper among the community suggests that Red Hulk’s grand entrance can be the spark to ignite the Savage Hulk’s reawakening, setting up an intriguing ‘World War Hulk’ storyline.
What about Sam Wilson, you ask? Isn’t he a mere mortal donning the star-spangled suit? How on earth could he stand a chance against a beast that’s potentially stronger than the Hulk? Not to worry, my curious readers. We’ve seen our heroes defy the odds before, and I’m sure the scriptwriters are cooking up some narrative magic to ensure our winged hero can hold his own against this fiery adversary.
Of course, the tweet vines have been buzzing with hot takes on the teaser trailer, creating a social media soap opera.
Comic book enthusiast Stuart Lugsden remarked, “This movie is so crowded,”. YH from the twitter-verse echoes the sentiment, proclaiming, “Mcu did hulk so dirty mannnn…” TheCheshireHog throws another log onto the fire, questioning Captain’s America’s ability to defeat Red Hulk.
However, Nando provides a glimmer of hope by pointing out, “Red Hulk does usually have a single very exploitable weakness that regular Hulk doesn’t.”
So, what’s your hot take? Is Red Hulk’s inclusion another Marvel misstep, or could this be a grand masterstroke of an unexpected flux in the cinematic universe? Get your popcorn ready and share your thoughts! By Daniel Burns.
