Mad Cave’s GATCHAMAN #1 unleashes BIRD, GO!

“Gatchaman #0 Second Print Launches with New Art, QR Code Link”

The universe of Gatchaman has been revitalized, illustrating the roaring tale of science ninjas, and much to the creators’ surprise, a legion of ardent followers has ambushed the universe, thirsting for more. Slated for a second printing, the installment features a visually arresting cover delicately crafted by the series’ artist, Chris Batista. Each print will come with a QR code linking to a digital copy of the foundational issue of Gatchaman, namely Gatchaman #0. This issue, originally released as part of Free Comic Book Day, lights a guidepost into Mad Cave’s world of Gatchaman.

“Giddy with disbelief, I’m thrilled to find that our audiences and retailers have forged an emotional bond with the Gatchaman narrative,” Cullen Bunn admitted. “While I was aware that the brand carried weight and had a diehard cadre of supporters, the sheer enormity of people yearning for a narrative centered around science ninjas was unimaginable.” He continued, rhapsodizing about the plans simmering away behind the scenes. “The best is yet to unveil. Now, Chris and I are simmering, brewing a narrative that will captivate the hearts of established followers and prospective fans, bearing no age as its bar. As the Gatchaman world seeps into the consciousness of even more fans, we are set to roll out even grander, unpredictable stories.”

Chris Batista chimed in with his excitement and gratitude, “It is profoundly enthralling, to say the least, to witness the triumphant launch of Gatchaman, and I am elated to discover that the narrative has found camaraderie in wide-ranging hearts. The narrative we have stitched has oceans to explore, and I break into a grin just reading the subsequent script that Cullen spins out.” The identical enthusiasm resonates with each page of Gatchaman, Batista explains, and it is mirrored amongst the entire team working on the miniseries and independent episodes. “I am bouncing with anticipation to delve into those titles—that defines my fan moment!”

Topping this adulation was Mad Cave Studios Senior Editor, Chas! Pangburn, who declared his glee at the second printing. “It is indeed time for the ‘Bird, Go’ to propel itself into a second printing!” The iconic science ninja’s team first made its appearance on the television screens in 1972, deeply embedding itself in classic anime series’ universe. Pangburn added, “It is an honor and privilege to add a new chapter to this chronicle with new heroes, villains, and even mechas. The duo of Cullen Bunn and Chris Batista, superfans themselves, has woven a tale that is an ideal entry point for existing fans and newcomers. The skirmish against Galactor is burning with fervor!”
