Decoding the Future: Clues from Star Wars: Ahsoka Season 2
By August Tales Comics
Whispers of a second season of Star Wars: Ahsoka are steadily gaining momentum. Dave Filoni, the mastermind behind this epic saga, is already concocting plans for the next chapter in Ahsoka Tano’s journey. Fans, ever vigilant, have taken matters into their own hands, analyzing every clue and cryptic hint dropped in the first season. One ancient clue from the series premiere might just hold the key to Ahsoka’s future.
The Mysterious Message
Fans, armed with their bantha milk and determination, have deciphered a cryptic message from the Arcana runes seen in the series premiere. The translation reads:
“Illuminated is the journey of three, devoid of whose wisdom the road home is lost. An axis joining all and sundry, across the boundless cosmos. In spite of almighty forces in defiance, this hush-hush pathway the trio safeguards. So, tread on the course with vigilant orbs opened wide, stray off and face your extinction.”
This cryptic passage, with its echoes of Yoda’s wisdom and a touch of Gungan patois, hints at a trio whose journey is crucial to the story. But who are these three mysterious figures? Some fans believe it refers to the Great Mothers of the Nightsisters, who serve Thrawn on Peridea. However, there might be a deeper meaning.
A Connection to Mortis?
As season one concluded, we saw Baylan Skoll standing atop a massive statue of The Father, one of the powerful Force deities from the ethereal realm of Mortis. For those who recall The Clone Wars, The Father maintained balance between his two children: The Daughter, who represented the light side, and The Son, who embodied the dark. Ahsoka, who was resurrected by The Daughter’s life force, carries a piece of that power within her.
This connection to Mortis might suggest that Ahsoka is destined for a larger role, perhaps even replacing The Daughter. Could she be on the path to becoming a more powerful Force user, echoing the words of Obi-Wan Kenobi: “more powerful than you could possibly imagine”?
Looking Ahead to Season 2
While fans speculate and theories abound, the mysteries of Ahsoka’s journey are far from resolved. Season two of Ahsoka is still in the early stages of development, with no release expected before 2026. Until then, we can only wonder if these clues will lead to the truth or if more secrets will emerge in the galaxy far, far away.
