About a decade after his initial connection with the project, we finally get a glimpse of this grizzled bounty hunter, Reginald Jones. Joining him in this gritty adventure is Academy Award nominee Juliette Lewis, who trades her ’90s cinema crown for a villainous gunslinger role named Cutthroat Bill.

In The Thicket, Dinklage’s bounty hunter embarks on a quest of a lifetime. Capturing a run-of-the-mill outlaw? Too predictable. Our villain is Cutthroat Bill, played by Lewis. She’s as crafty as her name suggests, and she lives up to it!
Knowing he has a tricky fox to outsmart, Reginald rounds up a ragtag team. This diverse cast includes a grave-digging ex-slave and a woman with a reputation as lofty as their target. From Levon Hawke of Blink Twice fame, Esmé Creed-Miles from Hanna, to Arliss Howard from Mank, the cast is as eclectic as they come.

Pulling the strings is action maestro Elliott Lester, known for Blitz and Nightingale. The script is refashioned by Chris Kelley, an expert in transforming novels for the screen. Dinklage also wears the producer’s hat for this film.
