New Marvel Series: DOOM ACADEMY Revealed

At the recent Women of Marvel panel, best-selling YA author Mackenzie Cadenhead unveiled a fresh narrative set to hit the shelves next February. Get ready for "DOOM ACADEMY," a six-issue mini-series that promises to shake up the Marvel Universe with thrilling twists and spectacular art.

A New Academy Rises

Cadenhead, known for her work with Marvel Mutts and her notable stint as a Marvel editor, shared insights into her creative journey. "Digging through old Doom tales was exhilarating," she said. "Finding forgotten characters and imagining their kids at Doom Academy was a blast." With Pasqual Ferry bringing his unique touch to the visuals, the series is set to offer readers a visual treat.

But there’s more. Cadenhead revealed that João Lemos will also contribute to the artwork. Lemos, known for his research on Eastern European folklore, introduces a strange world that Zoe accidentally stumbles into. The team’s collaboration seems destined to bring fans an enriched visual and narrative experience not to be missed.
